Transaction Assistance:

Finding the property is only the first step. Unfortunately, this is where most companies think their job is done. At KC Cash Cow, we help you through the entire process. Closing the sale, finding the right insurance, financing, etc. can be a real headache when you are new to real estate, or are investing from out of the area. Our team can help you find the right title company, local insurance agent, and banks willing to finance investment property. Rehab management:

You can buy properties before they are renovated, or you can buy properties after they are renovated. If you choose to buy properties that need renovation, we can manage the rehab for you.

We use a systemized process to renovate properties to a rent ready status. Our process focuses on methods that provide the best mix of reducing initial rehab costs, maximizing monthly rent rates, and reducing your recurring maintenance costs. When we manage your rehab, our project manager will discuss the plans with you and provide you a rehab budget for your approval. Property Management:

Many would be real estate investors give up on landlording because they are afraid of the property management. Often they have heard a horror story about some landlord who gets a call at 2 am to fix a leaky toilet. Or perhaps they are afraid of confronting a non-paying tenant and don’t want to deal with evictions.

Once your property is renovated and is rent ready, we need to find tenants so that your property can start to generate monthly cashflow.
