Rehab Management
KC Cash Cow provides complete turn-key rental properties that have been fully remodeled, with tenants in place, and property management in place. We also have available properties that need renovations. This is a great opportunity for you to make some serious profits by purchasing property at SUPER LOW prices. You then have the option of having KC Cash Cow manage your rehab project, or you can do it yourself.
Our rehab team has years of experience rehabbing properties for rental units. Budgets and materials used in rental property are a little different than what you would want to use in a property you are selling to a home buyer. Our system uses the best mix of low prices, durability of materials, and the appearance of the materials to provide a low-cost project that will maximize your return on investment through higher monthly rent.
Our rehab team will handle everything for you. They will submit a rehab plan to you, complete with photos and a video walk-through with narration, and a rehab budget. Upon your approval, we will hire the contractors from our pool of approved contractors (these contractors are all Licensed & Insured, have been interviewed by KC Cash Cow, and we physically check their references).
Your project manager will update you regularly (most cases daily, or every other day) on the progress of your rehab project. You will receive photos of the progress, and an occasional video when appropriate. Our projects are completed on time and on budget, so you don’t have to wait to start earning your profits.
